1. Enrolment Fee.  Full payment of the enrolment fee is due before the time of registration.  You can pay by bank transfer or a Demand Draft.  We will give you access to the course when full payment has been made and your transfer is cleared. The enrolment fee shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course content. We will accept payment from organizations or other third parties only if such organization or third party provides us with a valid Purchase Order containing acceptable payment terms and conditions; however, you are responsible for full payment prior to the commencement of course. Any funds received on your behalf in excess of the full enrolment fee will be returned to you.  If there is any issue related to the payment please contact PIA team at pia@pria.org

2. System Availability. Online Moodle platform over which the course is delivered is generally available 24X7, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. PIA will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but, this is not always possible. PIA cannot provide support for computers that do not meet our system requirements.

3.No Refund Policy.  Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course you enrolled for, the course fee cannot be refunded.

4. Course Cancellation. PIA reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolments or infrastructure. Such decisions, if any, will be made at least one week prior to the scheduled course date. Registrants will be notified via email in case there are any cancellations; however, PIA will make every effort to avoid cancellations.  In case of a cancellation you will have the choice of registering for the next course date or get the refund on case-to-case basis.

5. Course Transfer. In case you need to transfer you registration to another date, you can send your request to the course administrator. The option to transfer is valid up to 5 days after you have access to the course. There is no extra cost to transfer your registration to another date, but you must complete a course within the stipulated time from the moment you enrol for the course. If after six months from the stipulated completion time, you have not completed the course, your registration will be considered closed and no refund is permissible.

6. Copyright, Proprietary Property and other Protection.  The Site, Course content that includes the video material, audio material, text, images, graphics and other contents available on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Content consists in part of a series of videos of PRIA and PIA (the “Course Videos”). We or others own the copyright and other rights in the Site and the Content. You may use the Site and the Content only in the manner and for the purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions. We will provide to you manuals and other material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of PRIA and PIA. You will also receive additional materials that are the copyrighted proprietary property of third parties. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.

7. Use of the Site and Course Content—permissions and restrictions. You may only make non- commercial uses of the Site and the Content. You may access the Course Videos for your own personal use. You may not retransmit, publish, distribute, display or otherwise make available any of the Course Videos or other Content to others. In no event may you alter or modify the Course Videos or any other Content, including, without limitation, by adding any advertisement or other material or by interfering with the viewing of any Content.

8. Limitation of Liability.  PIA has no liability to you whatsoever. This "Limitation of Liability" section applies regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from us, including but not limited to, breach of contract (even in the case of a fundamental breach) and tort (including, but not limited to, misrepresentation). This limitation of liability also applies to our subcontractors.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions are binding. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without advance notice. Your use of the Site or any of its content after any changes have been made will constitute your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified Terms and Conditions and all of the changes. Accordingly, you should read these Terms and Conditions from time to time for any changes.

10. Privacy and mailing database: By enrolling as a student of PRIA International Academy you agree to your registered email being included in our mailing database. As a valued member of our mailing list, you will receive emailers, updates and invitations to events from PRIA Communications. We value your privacy and will not share your email with third parties. You can opt out of receiving emailers, updates and invitations from PRIA as part of our mailing list at any time by simply clicking on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button at the bottom of our mailers.

11. accounts; account termination policy. If you enrol, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security. You may not use another’s account without permission. We will terminate your account in appropriate circumstances if you are determined to be a repeat infringer. We also may terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions or fail to comply with our requests concerning your account.

12. Using the Online Course Service. Please read the description for the Online Course carefully before enrolling as refunds cannot be given. PIA warrants that it has the right to provide the Online Course and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Online Course available to you and in ensuring its availability. Because of the nature of the internet, errors and omissions do occur and PIA does not give any other warranties in respect of the Online Courses. PIA is continually seeking to improve the Online Courses. PIA reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of any Online Course provided that it does not materially reduce its content or functionality.  

13. Disclaimer of warranties. THE SITE AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR COLLABORATORS, LICENSORS, CONTENT PROVIDERS AND DISTRIBUTORS (COLLECTIVELY, OTHER THAN PROVIDERS OF USER CONTENT, OUR “COLLABORATORS”) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE) REGARDING THE SITE OR THE CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE AND OUR COLLABORATORS MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, SUFFICIENCY OR QUALITY OF THE SITE OR THE CONTENT, NOR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CONTENT WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE. WE NOR OUR COLLABORATORS WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR OR INTERRUPTION, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVER IS FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MATERIALS.
