Roots and Horizons: 25 Years of Cohesion

Cohesion Foundation Trust marked 25 years of grassroots development work through an event titled Roots and Horizons: 25 Years of Cohesion, held on 3 June 2026 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The event brought together practitioners, thought leaders, community representatives, and development professionals to reflect on the organisation’s journey and contributions across Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. Discussions highlighted Cohesion’s work in natural resource management, women-led livelihoods, education, child protection, and community governance.

The programme featured the launch of Cohesion’s 25-Year Outcomes Report, keynote addresses, plenary discussions, community testimonials, and the unveiling of the organisation’s strategic vision for 2030. Deliberations focused on lessons from long-term grassroots development, partnerships with government institutions and communities, and pathways towards sustainable and inclusive growth. Dr. Rajesh Tandon participated in the celebration.
