Residential Training Program: OD Facilitation Course

PRIA recently organised a comprehensive 5-day residential workshop in Delhi for 26 OD facilitators, as part of our professional course on Organisational Development.

The objectives of the workshop were -
- To develop the competency and sensitivity among participants for the crucial 'entering and contracting' steps in OD process.
- To consolidate participants' knowledge and skills in organisational assessment, using the diagnostic frameworks and methods of data collection
- To build skills in developing analytical frameworks, undertaking thorough data analysis and interpretations, providing feedback to the organisation, and discerningly selecting appropriate OD interventions.

Through a blend of participatory lectures, case study analysis, applying instruments and engaging in group discussions/activities, the workshop provided participants with a rich learning experience aimed at enhancing their effectiveness as OD Facilitators. The workshop was jointly facilitated by Participatory Research in Asia - PRIA and the Academy of Human Resources - AHRD.
