In partnership with Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), PRADAN and CSO Forum, Jharkhand a workshop on Participatory Organisational Capacity Assessment (POCA) was held from January 30-31, 2024, in Ranchi, under a collaborative programme called Mission Sahyog. Thirty CSOs from across Jharkhand participated in the workshop and reflected on their organisational development needs.
