Democratizing Digital: Bridging Access, Equity, and Empowerment

In today’s fast-changing digital world, equitable access to technology has become essential for opportunity, inclusion, and empowerment. As digital tools continue to reshape education and skill development, understanding their broader impact and ensuring inclusive access remain critical to advancing democratic learning. To further this dialogue, SRF Foundation, EduBridge, and AADHAAR jointly organized a national conference titled “Democratizing Digital: Bridging Access, Equity, and Empowerment” on December 10–11, 2025, with support from Capgemini.

The conference brought together visionaries, innovators, and changemakers to discuss how technology can drive equity in education and skilling. It addressed challenges related to digital inclusion—particularly for underserved communities—and identified actionable solutions to promote access and opportunity.

Dr. Rajesh Tandon, Founder-President of PRIA, delivered the Keynote Address at the conference, which was held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
