CSR–CSO Exchange Roundtable on “Partnering Quality Education”

Dr. Rajesh Tandon was invited as a Keynote Speaker at the CSR–CSO Exchange Roundtable on “Partnering Quality Education”, hosted by INDIAdonates and Mantra4Change, held on January 9, 2026. This closed-door forum convened senior leaders from CSR, philanthropy, government, and civil society to reflect on the future of public education in India.

The roundtable engaged with three critical questions shaping the next decade of education:

1. How can impactful ideas in education be scaled across districts?
2. What does effective Government–CSR–CSO convergence look like?
3. What is required to build truly future-ready schools?

The discussion highlighted the sector’s emerging shift towards shared leadership and district-driven transformation, reflected in initiatives such as Shikshagraha, which emphasise agency, collaboration, and locally led change.

Designed as an interactive leadership space, the roundtable enabled participants to:

• Engage directly with government perspectives
• Identify opportunities for co-investment and collaboration
• Share learnings from on-ground models
• Co-create practical and actionable pathways forward
