Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) organised a workshop on Leadership and Governance for chief functionaries and senior management of Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) from 19-21 September 2023 under the CAPSTONE Programme.
The workshop objectives were to develop clarity on the meaning and roles of leadership in NPOs, discover 'self' to improve leadership styles and qualities, and understand governance in NPOs and the functioning of governing boards.
