ASPBAE Regional Strategic Planning Workshop and 60th Anniversary Celebration

In a continued affirmation of PRIA’s long-standing association with the Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE), Ms. Nikita Rakhyani represented PRIA at the ASPBAE Regional Strategic Planning Workshop and 60th Anniversary Celebration held from 25-28 November 2024, in Da Nang, Vietnam. The event was co-organised by ASPBAE and its Vietnamese member, the Vietnam Association for Education for All (VAEFA).

Held under the theme “60 Years of Learning and Acting Together: For a Peaceful, Inclusive, Gender-Just and Climate-Ready Future for All”, the workshop brought together education advocates and civil society leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region. The gathering provided a critical space for deliberating ASPBAE’s strategic priorities for the 2025–2028 period and advancing transformative, inclusive policy frameworks in education.
