Our colleague, Ms. Nikita Rakhyani, was invited to participate in the ARC10 Policy Dialogue and the Meeting of the ASEM Expert Group on SDGs and Education, held on 20–21 November 2025 in Bucharest, Romania.
The ARC Programme serves as the Official Dialogue Partner of the ASEM Education Ministers’ Meeting (ASEMME). Over the past 15 years, it has continuously evolved, contributing policy recommendations, research, and convenings that have strengthened the ASEM Education Process. Through its sustained engagement, ARC has created meaningful opportunities for key stakeholders across Asia and Europe to connect. Its role as a trusted dialogue partner has been reaffirmed at every ASEMME, with its outputs playing a vital role in supporting a dynamic and responsive ASEM Education Process.
This year, ASEF organised the ARC10 Policy Dialogue, titled “Reimagining SDGs and Education Post-2030,” in collaboration with the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), the ASEM Education Secretariat (AES), and the Ministry of Education and Research of Romania. The event convened around 20 participants representing ministries of (higher) education and key stakeholder organisations within the ASEM Education Process. Together, they engaged in discussions and workshops aimed at co-developing a policy brief that offers actionable insights on the SDGs and education for the post-2030 agenda.
The programme also included a hybrid meeting of the ASEM Expert Group on SDGs and Education on 20 November, in which participants were invited to take part.
