75 Years of India-Indonesia Diplomatic Relationship: Celebrating Achievements, Exploring Opportunities, and Shaping the Future

The ASEAN-India Centre at RIS, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia and the Centre for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), Jakarta, organised a Dialogue on “75 Years of India-Indonesia Diplomatic Relations: Celebrating Achievements, Exploring Opportunities, and Shaping the Future” on August 27, 2024 at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

This event celebrated the significant milestones of the India-Indonesia partnership, explore future opportunities, and discuss strategies to enhance bilateral relations. Key discussion areas included the evolution of diplomatic ties, maritime cooperation, trade, investment, and democratic processes. Dr. Rajesh Tandon spoke on "Strengthening Democratic Processes: Learning from Mutual Experiences" at the event.
