Gender is an important symbol of inclusiveness in society. The role of gender is paramount in the development of the individual and the community. Therefore, to understand human development, there is a need to understand the gender and various perspectives related to it at the individual and social level. In the context of social development, it is important to understand the understanding of social gender and the various ideological and practice strategies related to it. The course presented is designed against this background. 

'Gender and Development Planning: Towards Inclusive Strategy' is an online course that presents social gender not only as a theme but an important dimension of inclusive development in a conceptual and behavioral perspective that provides participants with theoretical knowledge and skills for sustainable and inclusive development. Provides. This course is very useful for community workers, workers of social service organizations and employees of organizations attached to socio-community responsibility in private sector. 

Through this course, the past 40 years of experience, understanding and competencies on issues related to gender and development in Priya have been presented to the learners in a simple accessible form.
