In the past 40+ years, PRIA has undertaken more than 300 projects in diverse areas of work and in different regions around the world. We have pioneered the concept of participatory research in bringing about social change among the marginalised in India and in other Asian countries. PRIA’s projects are always premised on participatory principles; all or many stages of a project incorporate participatory research principles and methodologies in implementation.
