Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), New Delhi and Accion Fraterna Ecology Centre (AFEC), Anantapur, AP jointly announce the conducting of TOT on Participatory Training Methodology. The details of the programme are given below:

Target Group

Senior and Mid management staff of NGOs engaged in conducting trainings.

Programme Objectives

At the end of the programme, participants would have

• Learnt the principles of participatory training
• Learnt about the significance of participatory training in the context of social change.
• Developed adequate skills in designing training programme
• Understood the importance of the role, responsibilities and acquired skills of a trainer in communication, decision making, conflict resolution and leadership in the context of group processes.

Training Fee:

The training fee for this programme is Rs.11,000/-(Rupees Eleven Thousand only) which is inclusive of training course and materials, accommo-dation and meals. The fees may be sent through DD in favour of "Society for Participatory Re-search in Asia, New Delhi".
