PRIA has 4 state offices in India (including state and district). It has total strength of 64 people, out of which 40 people are working in various programmes nationally and at the state level while 24 are support staff. Out of 40 programme people employed in PRIA, 24 are social scientists, 5 are from management (including rural development and management), 3 are economists, 5 are planners, 3 are in the category of others (engineering and science background).
