Project Title: Tribal Rights and Industrial Accountability- Orissa
This project was initiated to find out the socio-economic profile of the villagers, the positive and negative impacts of rapid industrialization and the relationship that prevails among nodal groups and affected communities.

- To find out socio-economic profile of the villagers.
- To find out positive and negative impact of rapid industrialization.
- To find out the relationship prevails among nodal group and affected community.
- To understand the perception of village people about aspect like accountability and responsibility.
- To conduct sample study to find out effectiveness in implementation of various developmental programme by the nodal group.

- The present study includes both quantitative and qualitative aspect.
- Four schedule were canvassed for collection of data from field-first schedule deals with the information collected from the nodal groups; the second schedule meant for villager who are directly affected by industrialization i.e., land displacement ; the third schedule was related to the respondents who are indirectly affected by the process of industrialization; the fourth schedule was operated to collect information regarding the affected villages.
- Besides these interview schedule other data collection methods like observation and focus group discussion were also done
